Jay earned his Bachelor degree from Oklahoma State University, majoring in Finance with minors in Economics, Accounting and German. He then achieved his Masters in International Management from Thunderbird University in Arizona. As managing partner for Neighborhood Capital Resources, Jay Boersma brings invaluable expertise and a proven track record of success to the table. With an extensive background in residential lending and real estate, Jay has owned, operated and sold many types of real estate and currently owns vacation rentals and multifamily residential properties. Jay's greatest strengths lie in his ability to negotiate and structure deals with precision and care. He possesses an acute understanding of the market and uses his expertise to identify profitable opportunities that benefit all investment partners. Jay is skilled in all aspects of the real estate business, including deal sourcing, financing, investment strategies, and asset management. His vast network of investors, lenders, and industry professionals enables him to secure funding for even the most complex deals. Tana earned her Bachelor Degree from Oklahoma State University, before serving clients for 20+ years in the demanding world of Residential Mortgage Lending. Tana's expertise coordinating transactions and she excels by mastering the flow of information during acquisition, closing and asset management. Tana's greatest strength lies in her ability to process, organize and manage information. She understands that communication is one of Neighborhood Capital Resources key values and is committed to her work. Rod Khleif is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, multiple business owner, author, mentor, and community philanthropist who is passionate about business, life, success, and giving back. As one of the country's top real estate trainers, Rod has personally owned and managed over 2,000 properties. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million dollar businesses. As a community philanthropist, Rod founded and directs The Tiny Hands Foundation, which has benefited more than 100,000 community children and families in need. Jason Pero is President of Pero Real Estate LLC, founded in 2001 with his wife, Nadia. Jason has owned and operated over $260,000,000 of real estate assets comprised of nearly 3,000 multifamily rental units in Erie PA, Cleveland OH, San Antonio Texas, New Mexico, Florida, and Oklahoma. Acting as a KP and GP in a large number of syndications Jason has been able to provide the vision and leadership cultivated from over two decades of property management and investing experience. Pero Real Estate is one of the largest real estate investment companies in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Past President of the Apartment Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania and board member since 2006, Jason takes pride in educating both seasoned landlords and aspiring real estate investors. As an author, a frequent guest on nationally recognized podcasts, and a real estate coach and mentor for new and experienced investors alike, Jason has worked hard to provide value in every aspect of his business. He has a broad experience in strategic planning, property and asset management, acquisitions, value-add opportunities, syndications and full-cycle dispositions.

Jens Nielsen is a co-founder and Managing Member of Incrementum Equity Partners. Mr. Nielsen oversees the company's acquisition analysis, business-development activities and asset management. He also co-directs Incrementum Equity Partners' overall investment strategy. He brings to the company over 25 years of experience in computer system management and organizational leadership. Prior to forming Incrementum Equity Partners with Jason Pero, Mr. Nielsen was founder and principal of Open Doors Capital, a private real estate investment firm that have purchased over 2,000 apartment units since 2016 at a value of over $150M. Prior to his entrepreneurial activities with Open Doors Capital, Mr. Nielsen held leadership and technical roles in telecommunication and IT companies around the role, where he specialized cost reduction, system optimization and standardization. He graduated summa cum laude from University of Maryland with a Master of Science degree.

Hilary Graves is the founder and managing partner of Bright Sound Investments, a private equity group out of York, Pennsylvania. She and her husband, Billy, started building their real estate portfolio with their company Bilary Property Group before partnering with well-established operators on larger multifamily deals. Bright Sound Investments has an extensive portfolio that includes apartment complexes in Pennsylvania, New York, South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Florida. Hilary specializes in educating new passive investors, and has appeared on various real estate podcasts and webinars. Aside from real estate, Hilary is an accomplished pianist, composer, and music educator/advocate, having graduated summa cum laude with a masters degree in music education from Lebanon Valley College.
